welcome to the party!

for me, the party started on April 26, 2020. I lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks, 35 pounds in 90 days, 40 pounds in 4 months, 50 in 6 months and 60 pounds in 8 months.

I'm currently down 75 pounds and 47.5 inches...and counting!!

Through personal consulting, coaching and workshops, my goal is to bring content, collaborations and inspiration to my clients so that they will continue their journey to better health!!

I’m your wellness and personal development accountability partner! The party is just getting started & I hope you join me!

where do you start?

Try something new - Supplements!

When I started this journey, I knew I wanted to add supplements to my routine. I had no intention of selling any of these products but afer I watched the first 25 pounds literally melt away in six weeks, I knew I was on to something. My goal is to work with you to incorporate the food plan paired with the right supplements for you to achieve the best results. Click here to check out the supplements I sell.

Set a goal!

If you don't know where you're going, you'll never get there! I knew the big number but I didn't focus on that at the beginning. I focused on each "decade" of pounds and I have continued to set goals along the way! I have changed the end number three times now!! You don't have to know the end game at the very beginning, THIS IS YOUR JOURNEY! Take it 5 pounds at a time and keep going!

ask for help

I LOVE MY CLIENTS. This last year has been fantastic because I'm able to help men and women live their best lives!! The clients that speak to me often, are the most successful. If they aren't losing, we work on it together. We switch supplements, tweak their food plan, make sure they're not eating too late and that they are getting enough sleep. EVERYTHING we do can affect our health. Don't be afraid to say "I need help!" We've all been there!

believe in yourself

Don't be afraid to fail before you even begin!! Give yourself a chance. I remember last April when I was thinking about going down this road ONE MORE TIME....I thought to myself, why can't I do this? Why can't I keep the weight off? I knew I had to do it differently this time. I would like to help you discover this journey in a whole different light!

Why Sugar?

Pour Some Sugar On Me!! This is 70 pounds of sugar, signifying the 70 pounds that are off my body forever! Wow! What a reminder of the weight I was carrying - and not just on the scale. These visual reminders of my inward and outward transformation have been some of my favorite moments along the way. My journey is not over….do this for yourself…walk with me!!!

5 ways to make it fun!

Celebrate your victories!!

I tell all of my clients to celebrate EVERY FIVE POUNDS. If you keep this journey to yourself then no one can celebrate with you...not only do they not know it but YOU don't recognize it either!!! Make this journey different, make it FUN!

Non Food Rewards

Treat yourself often! Set a goal and then buy yourself something you've wanted for awhile!! I have bought everything from new sunglasses, to beautiful robes, investment pieces of clothing, items that I have wanted but could never wear before!! RECOGNIZING the work you are doing for yourself is key!

Non-Scale Victories

Acknowledge how good that feels...being able to buckle the seatbelt on an airplane, being able to cross your legs, being able to bend over and tie your shoes, being able to play with your children or your grandchildren, how much less your knees and joints are hurting. All of these little victories add up to a longer, fuller, bigger LIFE!

Accountability Partners!

Finding friends that will help you through this journey is irreplaceable. Finding one or two people to cheer you on, recognize your accomplishments, someone to pick you up when you're down and vice versa. Losing weight can be isolating so finding your friend or a tribe of women on the same journey can make all the difference in your success.

A Lot of GRACE!

This journey is not perfect. None of us are perfect! Do I do this journey perfectly everyday, NO, do I eat perfectly everyday, NO, do I beat myself up over it NO!!!!!! There is so much shame and guilt around food. I'm working with my clients daily to stop apologizing for eating!! We get up and start over the next day!!! This experience is about starting over, celebrating, rewarding ourselves, recognizing our accomplishments and above all giving ourselves grace daily!
